Music Machine

Click on the blog title to be taken to a website.

My sister and I would listen to the album "Music Machine" for hours when we were little. We didn't realize at the time that it was a Christian kids album; we just liked the music.

I had to do a fair bit of googling to find more info on it.

Did you ever listen to this as a kid?

I've never heard that before, and it's too bad, since I think I'm too old now to learn anything from their song "Self Control."

I only really remember the songs that were associated with the kids shows like Sesame Street and the like. I'll bet you didn't know, the song "which one these kids is doing his own thing" was written about me.

I really liked Mr. Rogers the best, he reminded me of my grandfather, if my grandfather had ever sung. Sorry, this all has nothing to do with your post.

Huh uh . . . never listened to it. But, in a similar vein, one of my fave books as a kid was "A Wrinkle in Time" which I read over and over for years and didn't realize, until I was around 30, that it had such a heavy religious theme.
