Here's my issue with the iPod Touch, as pretty and sleek and WiFi capable as it is: I can get a 160 GB iPod Classic for $50 less than the 16 GB iPod Touch.
I'm also aggravated that I waited to order an orange iPod shuffle for my other half, as they no longer have that color. Rassafrackin'...
I will buy you one if I happen to find a few hundred dollars under a sofa cushion. If I don't, I'll blow you a kiss- I had lentils with garlic flatbread for lunch, so you'll know when it arrives.
i don't use the mp3 player i have, i should give it away, but i keep thinking that i might need it for some reason. i got a video camera to use for the baby, but i can't even turn it on. i think i really just need a 13 year old to come stay with me for a few weeks.
Martha and Jilly, I don't use the 2 I have, either. I actually gave one to my sister last Sunday, because it is a Sony and only works with Windows based PCs. That's the one I won in the contest earlier this year, so I'm not out any money.
The other one I have is a Zune, and I don't use it at all.
I just want the iPod Touch because it's cool. I don't need it and I'm not going to get it, but I want it.
I will say, Chuck gave me an iPod Nano for Christmas last year - a complete, knock-me-off-the-couch surprise - and I do use it. Love it. But honestly, my 4 GB Nano isn't even half full, so I have no need of a larger one.
i did use my mp3 player when i used to get on the treadmill, however, tradmilling isn't good when you're 9 months pregnant. i had to give up going to the gym fairly early into my pregnancy, but even then, using a cd player/mp3 player wasn't possible at the gym, as much of the exercize program relied upon hearing instructions. i liked the m p3 player when i used to commute 1.5 hours to work, but i no longer have to do that. i don't want to be like my mom and use the mp3 player to listen to 4 hours of talk radio every day (gag)
resp did you ver get over your want of an iphone? jilly
I think at this point, people in public would not recognize without my earbuds dangling out of my shirt (the player goes in my pocket with the wire to the buds under my shirt and out the collar, unless the shirt is tucked in- it's a great look).
I have a Sansa that cost me $50 and while I wouldn't mind one that held more, it suits my purposes.

How silly is that?
Catboy, thanks.
Silly, but you're allowed.

I'm over my want-ness of the iPhone. It may resurface at a later point.
